The annual show of the Society of Portrait Sculptors - FACE 2011 will be at The Gallery, 28 Cork Street, London W1 from the 16th to the 21st of May 2011.

'In This Sacred Place' Sculpture Exhibition
Suzie will be taking part in the exhibition in Winchester Cathedral, from the 17th of June until the 8th of August 2010. The exhibition, titled In This Sacred Place, shows the power and eloquence of the portrait and the human figure made by sculptors who are direct inheritors the figurative tradition, making links with the superb medieval collection of sculpture in the Cathedral's Triforium Gallery. The exhibition, whose exhibits have been created by members of The Society of Portrait Sculptors, contains work of a sacred nature together with a collection of portraits of some individuals of historic importance to Winchester, its cathedral and the nation. Coming up in 2010
Suzie has completed new work for the Royal Mint - a Britannia bullion coin for 2010 and is currently making work for Art at the Edge in collaboration with Pangolin - a public art event to coincide with the 2012 Olympics and involving twenty different sculptors.Suzie is exhibiting new work in an Society of Portrait Sculptors exhibition in Winchester Cathedral - 'In a Sacred Place' which will run 14th June - 6th August 2010 to coincide with the Winchester Festival.Also exhibiting in the Go Figurative show Real 19th - 21st March 2010 at Heatherley's Art School, 75 Lots Rd, Chelsea SW10.FACE2010 (the annual Society of Portrait Sculptors show) will run from the 10th - 15th May 2010 at The Gallery, Cork St London W1.
Teaching
Suzie is teaching a second portrait and figure masterclass at the Art Academy from 9th - 12th August 2010 inclusive. She also teaches privately.
Threadneedle Prize
Suzie has had work selected for the Threadneedle Prize at the Mall Galleries 2008 and 2009.
Royal Mint commission
The new Darwin coin is due to be released in early 2009. A special limited edition of the two pound coin.
American Express magazine
The November issue of the American Express Centurion magazine has an article on portrait sculpture featuring Suzie and her work.

The Society of Portrait Sculptors are having their annual show from the 11th to the 16th of May 2009 at The Gallery, 28 Cork St W1.
Royal Mint commission
From this November The Royal Mint will be putting into circulation a new bicentennial two pound coin displaying a portrait of Charles Darwin by Suzie Zamit.
