biography

Suzie’s work takes the body as a starting point and modelling in fleshy materials like clay and wax tries to capture the intensity of human presence.
She previously worked in the film/theatre industry and studied sculpture at the City & Guilds School, London.

Suzie has been a member of the Society of Portrait Sculptors since 1999 and exhibits at their annual Cork Street show each May.

Suzie teaches part time in London at the Sculpture Academy and at the Hampstead School of Art.
